IntroductionThe Finger Lime, Australia's coolest bushfood, is growing at Tamborine Native Citrus in the Albert River Valley, about 5km north of Tamborine Village in South East Queensland. The fruit matures from February to April, and as far as is possible, is grown using organic principles. Finger Lime trees and fruit in season can be purchased by appointment.
